What latNOW is

latNOW is a civic platform for discovering and organizing peaceful public assemblies. We provide the tools. You are responsible for how you use them.

Your responsibilities

Events submitted to latNOW must be peaceful, lawful, and accurately described. You may not use latNOW to organize or promote violence, property destruction, harassment, or any activity that violates local, state, or federal law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any event you submit. Misleading or false information — including fake locations, dates, or organizer details — is grounds for removal.

Our rights

We reserve the right to remove any event or account that violates these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate access for repeated violations.

Content ownership

You own the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant latNOW a license to display it on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your event descriptions, posters, or organizer information.

No guarantees

latNOW does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any event listed on the platform. Attending any event is done at your own risk. We are not liable for anything that occurs at or in connection with an event listed here.

latNOW is not a law enforcement agency and cannot verify the conduct of organizers or attendees. Use your judgment.
